• the transaction was processed incorrectly, duplicated, or affected by a technical or payment system error;
• the item or currency was not delivered due to a verified fault on our side.

Refund requests submitted after the fourteen-day window will not normally be accepted unless exceptional circumstances apply (e.g., system failure or non-delivery beyond your control).

Refund Eligibility and Timeframes
